The Rental Agreement



Thank you for choosing “Psalm 91” as your vacation get away in Ocean Shores - a self or full service. By putting your signature at the bottom of this contract, you’re agreeing to the following rules:


Please email us your physical address, phone number & full name for booking record. Also, please let us know if you're bringing any house trained pets.


Payment instruction
Please confirm your booking within 24 hours and once it’s confirmed, we'll hold your reservation for 3 business day so we'll have enough time to wait for the mail to arrive. If you’re concerned the mail might not able to reach us in 3 business days, I strongly encourage you to choose the credit card/debit card payment (a 3% processing fee will be added) or direct deposit feature for the reservation deposit to secure your reserved dates. Also, you can paypal (gift option only) your payment with the recipient saratsai13@hotmail.com.

* Check in time: after 4 pm. Check out time: by 11 am.



* Your payment is due 2 weeks before you check in. Reservation deposit is 30% of the entire rent.



* Refund policy-14 days prior to day of arrival the 30% of the rent will be imposed. Within the 14 days the full deposit amount is forfeited. 



* The hot tub. If you want to use it (May-Oct), the charge is $100 per month. Please rinse off in the shower before you get in the hot tub.



* The rent is based on self-service. With $35 we provide vacuuming and sweeping. And additional $35 we provide  bedding for four persons including two queen size beds, & towels. You can choose either one or both additional service. Please note, we do not provide additional services during the peak season.



During your stay

1) No shoes in carpet area; wipe your pets paws before entering the house.

2) No pets on the furniture.

3) No smoking inside the house. Please empty the ashtrays before your departure.

4) We're not responsible for any injuries while staying at our house, so if you have kids, be sure to keep an eye on them.

5) Please do not damage any items during our stay. If you do, please let us know right away.

6) Do not use the baseboard heaters. Be conservative with the electricity, only turn on the portable heaters in the areas you use.

7) If you bring your house trained dogs, please bring towels for your dogs and make sure their paws are wiped before they enter in the house. 

8) Please report if you found any damaged or unclean items in the property when you first check in.

Checklist before your departure (For all renters)

1) Make sure everything is turned off and windows are locked, including the stick in the sliding door upstairs. There is a sliding door upstairs, one front door and back door in downstairs.

2) Unplug and empty the fridge.

3) If you used BBQ grill, clean it after you used it. Double check propane tank and grills are in OFF position.

4) Make sure everything is in the same tidy condition when you first checked in (cleaning supplies are in the lower cabinet next to the fridge). 

5) Make sure to remove all trash from the premise (we don’t have garbage service).

6) If you used ashtrays, please empty it.

7) Put away dishes.

8) Scoop up your pet’s poop in the yard .

For self service renters only

1) Vacuum (there’s one in the side room closet, right underneath the stairs)

2) Sweep non-carpet areas inside the house.

For the self-service renters, we remind them what we have in this vacation home. We provide mattresses-1 queen in master, 1 queen 1 full in down stairs living room (both queens are Simmons), 2 twins 1 full in bunk bed room. You will need to bring your own beddings or sleeping bags & toiletries and towels. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, pots & pans, utensils, dining set. There’s a IGA in town if you want to cook at home. Many rated G and PG movies, books, games.

Your security deposit will be refunded to you 100% if the condition of the house is cleaned and no damage. It takes 1-2 days to process.
